05 / DIGITAL MARKETING
Regional digital delivery shaped by localisation, coordination and the realities of working across markets.
THE COMMON THREAD
My digital marketing work has included regional campaigns, content, social media, websites, email and digital assets across multiple markets in Asia Pacific.
The organisations and audiences were different, but the delivery challenge was similar: coordinate people, content and approvals while keeping the campaign experience coherent across markets and channels.
01 / SAMSUNG APAC

For Samsung APAC, I supported regional digital marketing and campaign delivery, coordinating content, localisation, approvals and digital assets across markets.
The work sat between regional direction and local execution. Campaign materials needed to move through multiple stakeholders and markets while remaining consistent enough to feel like one regional campaign.
THE DELIVERY FLOW
Translate campaign requirements into a workable digital delivery plan.
Coordinate content and assets for different market needs.
Keep feedback, stakeholders and revisions moving.
Prepare campaign content and digital assets for market execution.
02 / SINGAPORE TOURISM BOARD

For Singapore Tourism Board, I worked on digital marketing initiatives supporting destination marketing, coordinating campaign content and digital execution across audiences and channels.
The work included website and EDM execution, content updates, quality assurance, approvals and coordination for multi-market delivery.
Digital delivery changes with the market. The need for clarity does not.

WHAT THE WORK TAUGHT ME
Multi-market digital work requires enough structure to protect the campaign idea and enough flexibility to make execution work locally. Coordination, localisation and quality control are not background tasks. They are part of how strategy becomes a real customer experience.
